WHAT style of home would we be most comfortable in? WHERE would we be happy, considering closeness to ammenties (shopping/medical/) friends & family. HOW much space will we need or.. what will NOT be going with us! WHEN do we need to start this process and WHO can we get assistance from? All the W's!

Ask yourself:

1. Is this really the right thing to do?
2. I/we are not sure what is the right style of home that we would both be happy in - Adult Town Home? Adult Condo? or Renting?
3. Do we want to stay in the same community?
4. If we do decide to sell our home, how do we choose the right salesperson to assist us? Will he/she really care? 
5. Will he/she help us to find the right home that will meet both our needs?
6. What are the costs involved if we both sell and buy with the same realtor?
